Very tasty, rich and lovingly designed food. Immediately again!

TL; DR: We'll never order here again. Delivery time bad, food well, not worth repeating. Ordered food at 6:52 p.m. and arrived around 9:25 p.m. According to Liferando, the food was dispatched around 8:00 p.m., so where was it for this 1.5 hour? We didn't reach the restaurant until the second call, but they didn't see any problem, after all, the driver was already on his way. My husband said it wasn't possible. The restaurant quietly shrugged and didn't comment. No excuse, nothing. The driver then said that the weather was to blame and the car was broken. You speak German on the phone, but calling and informing was apparently too much to ask. The whole thing could only have saved an absolutely outstanding meal, but we looked for that in vain. Of course the food was cold. The plates were lavishly arranged, with lots of rice and salad, but we had ordered meat dishes, no green fodder. The meat itself was dry and quite tasteless. I had a different expectation of Persian cuisine (spicy and unusual for German palates), but nothing was noticeable. The bread was also completely tasteless. Only the herb quark was positive, it was definitely homemade.

We too dared to try oriental cuisine once. And what should I write. Really delicious. Taste explosion in the mouth without end. The coordinated spiciness with the spinach is really "on top". By far the best I've eaten. And I mean that honestly. Please keep it up and survive in Chemnitz. Above all, Corona-free 😅.

I ordered the first time from Schmetterling today, we were really pleasantly surprised. Short information I am not from Chemnitz and have been trying my hand at Lieferando for a year. I have never been so surprised and happy about a meal as delicious as it is today, large portions and nice suppliers, please keep it up, it won't be the last time I have ordered 💪😊🙏

The food I found personally very delicious. The portions are huge in my opinion. The price is therefore more than justified. A little less side dish would also be completely ok; because probably the fewest guests complete the main course. The service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is appealing; considering how the building looks from the outside. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities leave much to be desired; but that too is probably more on the rented object. Conclusion: food is recommended, the location unfortunately a bit unhappy and the building outwardly unappealing. It is certainly worth going in!

Small and very fine. Unfortunately a bit hidden and inconspicuous. Fast and friendly service. The portions are very big with lots of salad. If you like Greek or Indian, you will like it here too.

The restaurant is located on the cereal market of Chemnitz city center. It does not exactly make the cozy impression, maybe it is subjectively reinforced by the winter weather. The menu is extensive. The appetizers sound delicious. The dishes are very colorful opened. The rice is delicious. All in all, you can dine here delicious, if you are not so anxious about something new.

Our friends had the idea to go to the newly opened restaurant. We did not know the Persian cuisine yet, so this was the best opportunity to meet them. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised, both by the friendliness of the owners, as well as the delicious food. The restaurant is lovingly decorated and cozy. The prices are absolutely fine and the dishes are very rich. For the moment I can only award 4 stars, because I did not like the following points: 1. Ceiling lighting with neon tubes and 2. no Persian beer (I would have liked to try it). Conclusion: I will recommend this restaurant.

For the first time in the Schmetterling we were very excited about the Persian cuisine. We weren't disappointed! The food was delicious and the service friendly. We were very satisfied and can definitely recommend the restaurant!
